Jean Orssaud wurde 1913 in Poujols nahe bei Montpellier im Süden Franklreichs geboren
Nach Abschluß seiner Berufstätigkeit als Apotheker hat Jean Orssaud den Kittel des Pharmazeuten mit dem des Malers vertauscht und den Pistill gegen den Pinsel gewechselt.
Sei Hobby ist die Malerei, seine Leidenschaft die Kunst und die Schönheit.
Als Maler des Laranguais lädt er uns ein, die Werke zu betrachten, die er im Schatten der alten Platanen am “Canal du midi” gemalt hat.

Jean Orssaud was born in 1913 at Poujols near Montpellier in the south of France.
After retiring from pharmacy he decided to swith the white coat of a pharmacist with that of a painter and to try the brush instead of a pestle.
His hobby is painting, his passion art and beauty.
He invites you to have a look at his paintings, which he did at the banks of the "Canal du midi" under the shadowy roof of the old plane-trees, showing his beautiful homeland, the Laranguais.

Jean Orrsuad Jean es née en 1913 dans les Poujols à proximité de la ville Montpellier dans le sud de la France.
Depuis qu'il a quitté la vie active, Jean Orssaud a troqué la blouse de pharmacien pour celle d'artiste peintre et le pilon du mortier pour le pinceau !
Les Arts et les belles choses sont sa passion, la peinture, où il excelle, son hobby.
Peintre du Lauraguais, il nous invite à regarder ses toiles qu'il a peintes à l'ombre des platanes du canal du midi...
