Chen Shyue Yuan wurde 1966 in Zentral-Taiwan geboren. Er übt seinen Beruf als Pharmazeut im Taichung Veterans General Hospital in Taiwan aus.
Er hat sich seit seiner Kindheit mit chinesischer Kalligraphie und Malerei beschäftigt und ist Mitglied in der Vereinigung Chinesischer Künstler.

Chen Shyue Yuan was born 1966 in the central part of Taiwan. He works as a pharmacist at Taichung Veterans General Hospital,Taiwan .
Since childhood he learned calligraphic and chinese painting. He is a member of the Chinese Artists Association.
